About UsIt’s time for a cookie bake! I don’t know about you, but peanut butter cookies can be challenging to make. Sometimes they can be so dry. This recipe from Woodstock Foods is sure to wow you!
Let’s get to baking!
To start off, preheat your oven to 325. Then, cream together sugars, peanut butter, and butter. I used the pure cane sugar, Woodstock Brown Sugar, John F Martin Butter, and Nutty Novelties Peanut Butter that can all be found at our store! Beat in eggs.
Side note – Nutty Novelties is a local business right in Telford. We carry a large variety of their nut butters and if you haven’t tried any yet, you definitely should.
Stir together flour and baking soda. I used Wheat Montana All-Purpose Flour. Beat together until well mixed.
Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheet. Press lightly with a fork. I always loved my peanut butter cookies with a fork indent!
Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly before removing from the sheet to a cooling rack. This recipe makes about 4 dozen cookies!
