Don’t be nervous about using a gluten-free brownie mix. Bob’s Red Mill always has fabulous mixes and these brownies are no exception!
Start off by combining the brownie mix, 3 Alderfer Pastured Organic Eggs, 1/2 cup of melted butter, and 1/4 cup of water. Mix with a hand mixer until well combined. Spread evenly into a greased 8×8 pan. You can also use a 9×9 pan if you like a thiner brownie.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes our clean.
Let the brownies cool completely until cutting into pieces and arranging on a pretty spring plate. Don’t worry if they seem crumbly when you cut them up because you will be making them pretty!
Cut up your chocolate covered pretzels into pieces. If pretzels aren’t your thing, try another favorite Easter candy.
Then take your peep package and add them to a microwave safe dish with a little bit of butter. Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Using a spatuala, spoon the melted marshmellow poop over the brownie pieces and arrange the chocolate pretzels on top.
